At the Workshop on “The Drivers and Dynamics of High-Skilled Migration” organized by the International Migration Institute, University of Oxford, Mary Kritz and Douglas Gurak presented a paper on “International Student Mobility: Sending Country Correlates and Policies.” The Workshop papers will be published by Oxford University Press in a forthcoming book entitled High-Skilled Migration: Drivers, Dynamics, and Policies.
