Elective Courses

All students seeking to complete the minor are required to complete three elective courses, one from each of three categories designed to emphasize particular dimensions of food systems. Special topic courses, seminar courses, and special courses cannot be counted toward the credit requirement without prior written approval of the program advisor.

*PLEASE NOTE: Although we make every effort to ensure elective courses are currently offered; it is the responsibility of each student to check the Cornell University Class Roster to confirm course availability in any given academic year.  Check back each semester for changes.
