DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: Nomination Memo - Late December. Final Dossier - Early February.
ELIGIBILITY: Full-time teacher (by campus' definition) who currently and regularly carry a full-time teaching load. Any full-time academic rank. Must have taught in CALS for at least 3 academic years prior to nomination. Recipients of an Excellence Award may not be re-nominated for an award in the same category. Posthumous nominations are ineligible. Recipients of an Excellence Award may not be nominated for another Excellence Award within a 10 year period. See Call for Nominations for exclusions.
SPECIFICS: The nomination should address how the candidate excels in each of the following selection criteria: teaching techniques and expectations of students; scholarship and professional growth; student services; and major teaching achievements. A summary of accomplishments (limited to a maximum of 5 pages) and a CV are required for nominations.
