DSOC Undergraduate Majors Club
- The Development Sociology Undergraduate Club is a networking, social, and student advisory committee for all development sociology majors.
- The club holds regular “lunch with the professor” meetings during which invited professors speak to the club about their research in an informal and small group setting.
- In addition to the luncheons, there are also regular pancake breakfasts, a great opportunity for majors to discuss classes and activities/seminars of interest.
- The club strives to create a truly integrated network of scholars by helping new development sociology majors make a smooth transition into the field and by brainstorming ways to make the department even more successful.
