New freshman students or transfer students can sometimes find Cornell University to be intimidating and have a little difficulty settling into their new environment.  Our Department has many students that volunteer to be new student buddies who are available to assist incoming students with their transition to Cornell University.  They help by answering questions, showing students around campus, helping new students acclimate to the Cornell systems, or just being the first friend here at Cornell.  If you are a new incoming student and would like a buddy or are a DSOC major interested in becoming a buddy, please complete the form and click submit.
